Tom was part of the financial advisory team that advised Transport for NSW and Sydney Metro on the augmentation of the existing Sydney Metro North West Line – the largest augmentation of a PPP in Australia by some way. The project involves the extension of the current Sydney Metro south from Chatswood, under Sydney Harbour and through the CBD, and then southwest to Bankstown.
Tom was a key lead member of the private finance work stream that advised the Client on the private finance aspects of the project including advising on the financing of the augmentation and the refinancing of the existing Sydney Metro North West PPP.
