The Clarence Correctional Centre (CCC) is the largest and most advanced correctional centre in Australia, located approximately 12km southeast of Grafton NSW.
The Project is an availability-based Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the NSW Government and the Northern Pathways Consortium, which was comprised of John Laing, Serco and John Holland.
Acton Advisory was engaged by John Laing as their financial adviser for the project’s first refinancing, which was completed in June 2022 at competitive pricing. Subsequently, Acton advised John Laing on its 100% divestment to abrdn.
