Tom and Sammy advised the Salus Partnership Consortium, comprised Laing O’Rourke, Bilfinger Berger, UGL Services and Macquarie Capital, on their bid for the Sunshine Coast University Hospital PPP.
The Project included significant complexity including intricate staging requirements, duplication of Kwinana Way, a 3500 space demand risk carpark and a State capital contribution.
Tom led the Financial Advisory team for the Project with Sammy supporting him leading the financial and commercial works teams.
