Brisbane's Cross River Rail Tunnel, Stations and Development PPP package is being delivered by Pulse, which includes CIMIC Group companies (Pacific Partnerships, CPB Contractors, and UGL), Ghella, and DIF.
Sammy led the Financial Advisory team, advising the Pulse consortium on both the PPP and the Over Station Development elements of the Project.
