Peel Renewable Energy (Peel) is a vertically integrated electricity generation, distribution, and retail business which owns and operates a cutting edge renewable microgird located in Nambeelup, WA.
The microgrid was developed to service the requirements of the Peel Business Park, a new industrial estate being developed by DevelopmentWA, WA's State Government land developer.
Acton Advisory acted as sole Financial Adviser to Tas Gas on the sale of their 100% interest in Peel to independent power producer Zenith Energy.
The sale successfully reached Financial Close in August 2022.
