Cameron Miller

Executive Director

Cameron is a highly experienced corporate and project finance adviser to both Government and private sector clients having providing commercial and financial advice in relation to over $90bn of brownfield and greenfield infrastructure transactions. He is an expert in structuring and raising debt and equity capital for clients ranging from large infrastructure transactions, such as WestConnex, through to small high growth technology firms seeking Venture Capital.

Having previously been a consultant at Accenture Strategy and a director at Macquarie Capital, Cameron brings a unique combination of deep investment banking expertise and strategic management consulting which has enabled him to lead and execute transactions on some of Australia’s largest and most complex assets, such as the Port of Melbourne. He brings new perspectives and solutions to transactions based on diverse sector experience across roads, ports, rail, regulated utilities, telecommunications, airports, water, renewables and new energy infrastructure technology (including hydrogen and carbon capture).

Cameron also brings this wealth of experience to current Board roles where he is a Non Executive Director on several landmark PPPs including Cross River Rail and Perth’s Optus Stadium.
