William Nguyen
Senior Associate
William joined Acton Advisory in 2024 with a background in principal investing and corporate finance across the infrastructure sector, specificaly in the area of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
Prior to joining Acton Advisory, William was an Associate in the Investment Team at John Laing. He has worked on various successful acquisitions of PPPs and on the development of a waste to energy project in Australia, the United Kingdom and Norway. He was responsible for providing transaction support across investment analysis, financial modelling and tax structuring.
William has also worked as Associate at Transurban where he managed Transurban’s New South Wales toll roads and worked on the acquisition of 51% stake in WestConnex.
William is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
